PRICE VALIDITY

Status 03/2022
  • The prices mentioned in the quotation will be valid for 24 hours only. Please regularly check the bathDetails.com website for latest pricing.
  • Prices mentioned are inclusive of GST, any other taxes, cess or surcharge. These are exclusive of the delivery & shipping charges

DELIVERY TIME

  • Goods available in stock will be shipped as per mutual understanding with the customer. The tentative delivery timelines have been mentioned earlier in the quotation. These delivery timelines will be applicable from the date of order confirmation

PAYMENT TERMS

  • 100% advance; Order will be considered confirmed, only once the 100% advance amount is received by the Customer

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • The order would be deemed to be confirmed against receipt of a Purchase Order along with delivery date for the material, or a written confirmation of the Performa invoice; However, in the absence of above, receipt of advance with order acceptance number would be treated as order confirmation with the clear understanding that the terms & conditions have been agreed and accepted. If the delivery date is not mentioned it will be considered to be 10 weeks from the date of advance

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

  • If there are any special conditions, time restrictions, restrictions of vehicular movement, restriction on type of vehicles, special permissions required for delivery, special permission required for service lift usage, should be communicated to us in advance before delivery request

INSPECTION OF GOODS

  • Thorough inspection of the goods is recommended for any damage, missing parts or incomplete deliveries. Client or client's representative is expected to check the material carefully and then sign the bill upon delivery. Bath Details will not be responsible for any of the breakages or shortage claims after the products have been checked & accepted

SERVICES

  • Kindly note that we provide only plumbing assistance and do not undertake any contract for installation of the products
  • Three plumbing assistance visits will be free of cost.
  • All subsequent visits of the plumber will be on chargeable basis. The client shall be charged Rs.500 per visit along with charges for any consumables.
  • In the case of whirlpool / sauna / steam / under floor heating - outstation visits & assistance will be at chargeable basis

GUARANTEES & WARRANTIES

  • Kindly note that whatever guarantees, warranties and after sales services will be applicable as per the specific product, will be provided to you

RETURNS

1. Time

You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product. If you would like to return a product after 48 hours upon delivery, bathdetails.com will charge you a 30% re-stocking fee. Return can only be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return to our store location

Products need to be returned to a showroom/ dealer of bathdetails.com or Bath Details, as listed on the website using your own courier in its original packaging. The expenses/cost for such delivery shall be borne by you

3. Return pickup from your location

If you want to avail pickup services from bathdetails.com, an additional charge will be levied which will be equal to the original delivery cost of the articles to be returned. This charge shall be levied twice, as Bath Details will incur logistics charge to and from the client's pickup location to our nearest showroom.

4. Condition

    Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc

    It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit

    The returned products are subject to verification and checks by bathdetails.com in order to determine the legitimacy of the return

    Any products returned in a damaged or incomplete condition will not be refunded.

5. Helpline

Please write to us at help@bathdetails.com, or call us on our support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

6. Refund

It takes 5-7 working days for us to refund once the product reach us in the good condition and the goods are verified and accepted by us. Please note that the goods are rejected at the sole discretion of the Company, The decision of the Company shall be accepted by you.


CANCELLATION

1.You can request a cancellation of your order within 48 hours of placement of the order, provided the order has not been shipped

2. If you would like to cancel an order after 48 hours upon placement, bathdetails.com will charge you a 30% cancellation fee

3.If you have an account with us, please cancel the order from your 'My Orders' Page, else, drop us an email at help@bathdetails.com.

REPLACEMENT

If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at help@bathdetails.com - within 48 hours of delivery.

On receiving Your complaint, Bath Details shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Bath Details is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Bath Details will start initiate the replacement process.

In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

  • Please notify Bath Details of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Bath Details shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products should be unused.
  • Products need to be returned to a showroom/ dealer of bathDetails.com or Bath Details, as listed on the website using your own courier in its original packaging.

Once the product is received by Bath Details the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 3 days. If the product is not in stock as on date, you will be informed of the delivery timelines.

Force Majeure : if at any time, any obligation of Bath Details, in whole or in part, is prevented or delayed by reason of any events such as acts of God, war, civil commotion, sabotage, strikes, lockouts, terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, acts of government, explosions, damage by fire, plagues or epidemics etc. then the obligation of Bath Details shall stands suspended till such event has come to an end or ceased to exist and no claim for damages, financial or otherwise, (direct or indirect) shall be applicable against Bath Details in this regard.
